These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all coaching services or online training offered by Florence PERRAULT, known as consultant/coach, operating under the status of umbrella company via DIDAXIS - registered under SIRET number 480 643 139 00078, whose registered office is located in Versailles (78000)

2.1 The consultant/coach offers two types of coaching:
2.2 The consultant/coach offers face-to-face or online training, responding to an objective defined with the client and/or the people being trained.
2.3 The consultant/coach offers face-to-face conferences, in front of a large group, on a theme defined with the client.
3.1. Individual coaching. Booking is done by email. The session is confirmed after validation by the consultant/coach and payment for the service (according to the terms specified below).
3.2. Group coaching, training and conference. The service is confirmed and booked after return of the signed quote.
Coaching, training and conferences are conducted according to the terms and conditions detailed on the product sales page.
Access to personalized coaching, group coaching, or online training is subject to the following conditions:
→ Access to the Zoom meeting will be sent by email and/or to the Telegram group.
→ Access to the coach is via the Telegram or Whatsapp group.
The Client is aware of the inherent technical risks of the Internet and the resulting potential interruptions in access. Consequently, the service provider/coach will not be held liable for any unavailability or slowdowns of communication services and networks.
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made by bank transfer.
Payment is due:
• For individual coaching: no later than 24 hours before the start of the program.
• For group coaching, training sessions, and conferences: upon completion of the service.
The customer has the option to pay in one or more monthly installments after agreement between the parties.
8.1. Individual coaching
• Cancellation by the client: any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment is due.
• Cancellation by the coach: In case of unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered to the client. The client is advised that coaching is provided by individuals and that the execution of this contract is subject to unforeseen circumstances..
• Client lateness: lost time will not be made up; beyond 20 minutes of delay, the session is considered cancelled without refund.
8.2. Group coaching
• No cancellations are possible once the program has started.
• Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged, as well as any travel expenses incurred..
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered to the client. The client is advised that coaching is provided by individuals and that the execution of this contract is subject to unforeseen circumstances.
8.3 Formations
• Any training course that has started cannot be cancelled and is payable in full.
• Any training session cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment is due in full, as well as any travel expenses incurred where applicable..
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered to the client. The client is advised that coaching is provided by individuals and that the execution of this contract is subject to unforeseen circumstances.
8.4 Conference
• Any conference cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment is due in full, as well as any travel expenses incurred..
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered to the client. The client is advised that coaching is provided by individuals and that the execution of this contract is subject to unforeseen circumstances.
Without prejudice to any possible damages, failure by the Client to pay an invoice by its due date shall automatically result in the immediate suspension of support.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the 14-day period, or started with the express agreement of the customer.
The coaching offered is neither therapy nor a degree-granting course, but personalized support to help the client achieve their professional or personal goals.
The consultant/coach agrees to:
• Providing professional, caring and confidential support.
• Respect the confidentiality of the exchanges.
The client is solely responsible for implementing the actions decided upon during the sessions. The coach has no obligation to achieve a specific result. Consequently, the consultant/coach shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect or unforeseeable losses or damages incurred by the client or third parties, including but not limited to any lost profits, loss, inaccuracy or corruption of files or data, commercial loss, loss of revenue or profit, loss of customers, loss of opportunity, or the cost of obtaining a substitute product, service, or technology, arising from or related to the non-performance or improper performance of services.
All materials provided (documents, tools, digital content) remain the property of the coach. They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.
In the event of a breach by either Party of its contractual obligations, the contract may be terminated automatically by the other Party 10 days after sending a formal notice by registered mail with return receipt requested, which remains unanswered. The formal notice shall specify the breach(es) identified.
The personal information collected is used exclusively for managing sessions and is never shared with third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
The service provider/coach specifies that sessions are not recorded unless expressly requested by the client.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
Any booking or participation in a coaching session/service implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
